Drawing on schema therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches, sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals — whether you're working through a difficult season or building longer-term coping and emotional regulation skills.
Rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and reconnect — grounded in decades of relationship research. Trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels I & II) and certified in Couples in Recovery, sessions are especially suited for couples navigating substance use, recovery, or the strain that often comes with it.

Weekend Session — 2-hour session, Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday — $500
One-Day Intensive — ~6 structured sessions condensed into one day — $1,500
Full Intensive — ~12 structured sessions condensed into a full weekend — $3,000
Couples counseling integrates the Gottman Method, Transactional Analysis, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help partners build stronger, more resilient relationships. Gottman Method work strengthens communication, deepens emotional connection, and provides research-based tools for navigating conflict. Transactional Analysis helps couples recognize the relational patterns and roles that shape how they interact, bringing greater insight into recurring dynamics. ACT supports partners in staying present with difficult emotions and aligning their actions with shared values, rather than getting stuck in avoidance or old patterns.
Sessions are available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed — structured around each couple's pace, goals, and life circumstances.
Engrained Counseling is an approved provider on the Nebraska District 3A probation provider list for substance use and sex offense-specific evaluations, alongside adult mental health and co-occurring evaluations.

DOT Substance Use Evaluations
DOT-compliant substance abuse evaluations for commercial drivers, including Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services and reporting to the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
Evaluations for Adults Who Have Sexually Harmed
As an approved provider for sex offense-specific evaluations, I conduct objective, court-ready assessments that evaluate risk, treatment needs, and the intersection of sexual behavior concerns with substance use — providing clear, defensible recommendations for courts, probation, and attorneys.
