What We Offer
Couples Counseling: Gottman+ Method
I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level I and Level II and certified in Couples in Recovery. This specialized training allows me to integrate evidence-based relationship work with the unique needs of couples navigating substance use, recovery, and the stressors that often accompany them. My approach helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and create a stable foundation for long-term healing — both individually and as a couple.

Adults Who Sexually Harm
Engrained Counseling provides comprehensive evaluations for adults who have engaged in problematic or unlawful sexual behavior. These evaluations are conducted with professionalism, neutrality, and clinical integrity. The purpose is not to shame or label, but to assess risk, identify treatment needs, and provide informed recommendations to courts, probation, attorneys, and other referring entities.
Evaluations typically include a clinical interview, review of collateral records (when available), assessment of psychosocial history, substance use history, mental health functioning, relationship patterns, and risk factors related to sexual behavior. Standardized assessment tools may be utilized when appropriate to support clinical findings.
These evaluations are structured to:
Assess risk of reoffense
Identify criminogenic and treatment needs
Evaluate the impact of substance use, trauma, or mental health concerns
Provide clear, defensible recommendations for supervision and treatment planning
As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, I also assess the intersection between sexual behavior concerns and substance use, when relevant. Reports are thorough, objective, and written to meet court and probation standards.
